01 Overview

A RAG support and sales agent that answers from a company’s own content in a chat and voice widget, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email, and hands the full conversation to a person when it matters.

02 What I did

  1. 01Led it from zero to launch: the RAG agent, the widget, the dashboard and the integrations.
  2. 02Write the specs and tickets, run release testing and own the roadmap; lead two developers.
  3. 03Ran the competitor analysis behind the positioning, and own go-to-market: pricing, positioning and outbound.
  4. 04Built the Shopify, Wix and Webflow apps, WhatsApp onboarding, MCP tools and the mobile inbox.
  5. 05Run it on my own products: the Aivastark widget answers visitors on aitube.app and pakistanlawbot.com.
